Saturday afternoon Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James decided against displaying a social justice message on the back of his jersey that would have displayed his support of such causes worldwide.

For years James has been known as a social justice warriors but recently his authenticity has been questioned. First with his uneducated comments on the Hong Kong/China situation early in the 2019-20 season and then with his lack of visibility with the latest social justice movement sweeping the United States of America after the death of George Floyd.
