The Boston Celtics have reached an agreement with veteran G/F Evan Turner.  Before being traded to the Indiana Pacers last mid-season, Turner averaged 17.4 points and 6 rebounds per game for the Philadelphia 76ers.  Due to a lack of playing time, Turner averaged only 7.1 points for the Pacers.
