In the ‘Heat’ of the Miami Playoff Picture

Players such as Avery Bradley, Goran Dragić, Kendrick Nunn, Moe Harkless, Udonis Haslem, and former NBA All-Star’s Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo were out of action for a multitude of games. Essentially, this was a very scary, stressful, and difficult time for the team, considering some of their top-scoring and performing players were not able to play for so long.

After missing ten consecutive games, Miami HEAT star Jimmy Butler finally returned to the starting line-up, playing his first game in 20 days against the Sacramento Kings. Within his short time coming back, Jimmy Butler averaged 21.6 points-per-game (PPG), 9 rebounds (REB), and 8.6 assists (AST) over the last ten games (6-4), four out of the ten (4/10) games were triple-doubles, and three of the triple-doubles were consecutive (vs. Clippers, Warriors, and Kings).
