ICYMI: Cavaliers to Sign Kendrick Perkins

The Cleveland Cavaliers have signed veteran F/C Kendrick Perkins to a training camp deal. Perkins, who sat out last NBA season, was a member of the Cavaliers for 4 months in 2015.
