The Most Important Games of the 2016-17 NBA Season

Thursday afternoon the NBA released the 2016-17 schedule, revealing matchups for Opening week, Christmas Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and all the games in between. So what are the most important games this season?

November 3, 10:30 P.M. ET
Chicago Bulls at Miami Heat
November 10 at 8 P.M. ET
Boston Celtics at New York Knicks
December 25, 12 P.M. ET
Golden State Warriors at Cleveland Cavaliers
December 25, 2:30 P.M. ET
Minnesota Timberwolves at Oklahoma City Thunder 
December 25, 8:00 P.M. ET

Other Notes:
* Back-to-Back games have been reduced by 8% from last season.
* ABC and ESPN will televise 100 games and TNT will televise 64.
* The Warriors lead the league in nationally televised games, with 28.
* The regular season concludes on April 12 and the playoffs begin on April 15.
