Basketball Hall of Fame changes wait time for induction 

The Basketball Hall of Fame has announced a reduction for eligibility from five years to four for induction.  The move sets up the possibility of a draft class that could Shaquille O’Neal, Yao Ming, and Allen Iverson in 2016.
