Reports show that the Philadelphia 76ers are finalizing a multi year deal with G Kendall Marshall.  Marshall, who is recovering from a torn ACL in January, worked out for the Sixers last month and is slated to return to action during the first half of the NBA season.  Marshall spent last season with the Milwaukee Bucks and averaged 4.2 points and 3.1 assists in 28 contests before his ACL injury.
